Great trail head for mountain biking and trail running, just so much to climb, decend, some tech, some flow. Miles and miles of trail configurations. Just doing Schultz out and back is a blast, but there is so much more here. You can Hike as well, but it is a little busier than most Hikers like.

The Schult'z Pond was empty except for a little mud. The boat ramp no longer reaches the water. No fishing today. The parking lot was roomy and ample, great for my truck that's as big as a train.
