Closed during camping season. Do better people DO BETTER. We came 7 hours away to stay here for a family camping trip. And then had to find another camping spot. Thank God Dunlap was open.

I grew up camping, fishing, hiking, dirt bike riding, playing , in the water, watching the salmon run, target practicing here. Egg Taken Station was my second home growing up!

was out hiking here last sunday and its honestly such a nice escape. i got super lost on one of the trails but it was definately worth it for the view at the end. the fog came thru and made everything feel all mysterious and quiet, kind of peaceful even when i couldnt see ten feet ahead. id like to come back when i have more time because i barely scratched the surface... there are so many splits and offshoots that i feel like i missed half of it. really a gem of a place if you just wanna wander and listen to the trees.
