On board Quark's World Explorer departing out of Ushuaia in early November 2024, we arrived in the Gerlache Strait seven days into the expedition. Conditions permitted us to disembark on Zodiacs for a cruise (not a landing) around Graham Passage, southeast of Brabant Island (64° 24.1’ S / 061° 30.2’ W).

An incredible place. I just read the book about the Gerlache Expedition 1897-1899 and am even more grateful that I was able to visit this place.
