I've been to the Falls before so I'm giving it a 4. However, the Falls are shut off during the cooler months/winter so there is not much to see.

I reviewed this place from the lookout point above it. Perfect place to park and see rainbow falls, although sometimes not enough water is going through to make rainbows. But it's peaceful, has benches and historical markers about Lewis and Clarke. For the mobility challenged there's a few of these scenic lookouts that are really helpful. But there's actually plenty of ways to get closer, and I was told even places around to picnic. This entire area was donated by Great Falls MT to the State Park system and they've made many points of interest and places to stop along the stretch of falls and dams and the springs. Just know that certain times of day and year there isn't enough water going through it to make rainbows, so Google it and ask a local.

Not sure why they even call a Fall. This water stream may be fall at some time but not anymore. Advertising this and other water streams as falls are extremely misleading and incorrect. There is nothing to do there unless you’re a local and want to bike or walk around. I suggest city to correct all information about these so called Falls in google and everywhere else. We drive three hours from Bozeman to visit Great Falls but there was nothing great about falls or any other attractions. Don’t waste your hard earned money on this useless tourist attraction. Stay away.
