My sisters arms were swollen and she was already waiting. She asked how long and they told her it will be hours. My sister said an elderly lady was waiting along side her looking very sick and needed immediate help. They also told the elderly lady that she had to wait hours as well. That is very unprofessional and unsafe. I will be sending this information up.

The emergency department is the worst in the country. I took an elderly gentleman there who was extremely ill and frail. We waited in the waiting room for almost 4 hours. The staff was virtually non-existent. We thought we were in a third world country. Please, people do not go here if you care about your loved ones.

Came for severe abdominal/chest pain that had been happening for 5 hours at this point. It took hours to even be checked in. Then a total 5 hours for a nurse to take 2 tubes of blood, put an iv in, had to give a urine sample and then had to carry the urine back into the waiting room. Was then sent back to the waiting room to wait another 3 hours before being brought back to a room. It has been a total of 9 hours so far and I finally asked for someone to release me. This place is an absolute joke! 😏 all while in pain and vomiting.
