We were not allowed to go. Permit is required and it was not possible to buy it there. Went all the way for nothing.

It was a doable 4 mile hike (2 out and 2 back) with a 7 and 10 year old. We didn't have hiking boots, just regular shoes. If we could have a do-over, we would have worn hiking boots, it gets slippery in some areas with mud and water. If you're going to do the 8 mile hike, pack, lots of water, and definitely wear your hiking boots.

Esperienza avventurosa immersi in una natura selvaggia! Il percorso è ben segnato, ma in alcuni punti risulta un po’ pericoloso, perché quando piove il terreno risulta scivoloso. Il meteo varia continuamente! Munirsi di calzature e abbigliamento adatti! Oltre a mettere a rischio se stessi, si rischia di rovinare il trekking anche a chi è attrezzato opportunamente. Assurdo che alcuni percorrano parte del trekking con la sdraio in mano.

A breathtaking but strenuous trail. It was a wonderful experience. There are amazing views along the way. I recommend hiking sticks and good shoes. We didn't go to the very end of the trail and returned to the trailhead after a bit more than three hours.

This hike is a challenge! Up hill both ways and going down hill can be a challenge because of slippery rocks. It has stunning views and never a dull moment on the trail. If you can handle the hike, this is going to be an adventure you will never forget!!!
