Awesome gravel and sand creek area right off the Natchez Trace Parkway. The only bad thing, and it is a big issue, is the bathroom facilities do not always work. Other than that it is a fun place to go “creekin’” and to camp, with the old Rocky Springs town site nearby (easy hike). Also, if you follow the creeks awhile (either way) you will come across some truly beautiful scenes. It’s worth the visit every time.

One of my favorite stops on the trace to explore. Be advised if you stay in the campground you most likely will not have cell service.
