I came for a tour with my sisters and had such a beautiful experience. Our tour guide Korree was incredibly engaging with her information and made the experience all the better. The caves are serene and the staff are welcoming, I would recommend for anyone to come here if you are looking for an informational and personal cave experience.

We came here by accident our plans were rained out. We couldn’t find the right place and were worried we would miss our time slot. We called them for help and they went above and beyond in helping us find it. Even moved our tour out an hour because we wouldn’t make it there in time. Jay was our tour guide and his passion and knowledge of the cave was impeccable. He made the tour so much fun. Anyone considering this gem should definitely go.

This was an amazing discovery on our weekend road trip out of state. The guides are amazing and know their history! Ours was the best! She let me know ahead of time that there is a total of 740 stairs! I have MS and have trouble walking but wanted to experience at least some of the cave. The group we was with was very understanding and kind. I never once got left behind and got cheered on. I was ready to give up when I was told I made it to the sunset dome. I cried for making it and the whole group cheered making it more of an experience than I ever expected. The cave is beautiful with so much history. Even saw a bat! When making the really tough struggle out for me and my left leg now almost unusable, Our guide stood with me and didn't make me feel awkward and let me take my time. I can't praise my group enough for the encouragement they gave me. A group of strangers made me feel like part of the group rather than the burden.
