The hike was so beautiful, I would love to do it again! It's worth it

Totally worth a detour. Beautiful and easy walk (crossing the river was the only difficult part, had to take big steps between some slippery rocks), perfect temperature hot spring. It’s a small pool, good for 3 people. We used AllTrails to get there, but at the end of the trail it was a bit difficult to find. The pool is on a hill in front of the waterfall, see our photo for reference.

Unfortunately we didn't reach our destination. We set off in very bad weather and hiked along the river for a relatively long time, but there was no way to cross the river to get to the source. According to the recommendation, starting from Husafell Church is probably the best option. Maybe a few signs wouldn't go amiss
