Think very carefully before you buy this! There has been a storm in Brienz and the ferry, Rothbahn and trains are now not running. We paid over 600 francs for a 4 day pass and were offered nothing by way of partial compensation. Terrible customer service!

This is appalling, tried SO many times to buy a pass, your website keeps telling me my email addresses do not match. 2nd email address entered, also tells me the addresses do not match!! I have spent several hours trying to but tickets with no luck and I'm now SO angry! Maybe I'll go somewhere else for my holiday!😡😡
