Short hike, about 0.8 mile. 424 foot elevation gain with great views south of town. If the weather is in your favor, you get to see a beautiful sunset. Pretty popular in spring as it is first hike in town when the snow melts. It is quite exposed and gets hot during the summer when sun is out. Great when the wildflowers start blooming. If you only have a short window to get out and spend time in nature, don't miss out on this charming hike.
