Be sure to travel by public transport on the weekend. Good and wide paths for hiking shoes. partly like streets. paths partially closed. back and up with the gondola. view of the lake and the mountains. but nothing else. no fountains on the way. no wild animals to be seen. even an electric vehicle for the crowds on sunny weekends. When it was barely sunny and almost 13 degrees, we weren't allowed to eat inside in the restaurant near the mountain railway or in the Sennhütte. Although there were hardly any tourists out and about today, Wednesday afternoon. zero consumption by us here on the mountain. Very easy to walk from the train to the Sennhütte.
