Well marked and maintained trail. There are two parking areas which provide access the trail. The first part was paved with a few overlooks complete with a bench seat. The remainder was dirt trail, winding through the trees with a mostly easy slope, lots of leaves and some rocks and roots, as one would expect. There was reasonable amount of biker and hiker traffic in both directions. This trail was just what we were looking for on this beautiful fall day. We completed the perimeter loop hike in 2 hours.
