Used to be nice. Today I had 2 people try to fake needing help at the peak (for obvious reasons). Kept driving and went back down to the other overlook. Someone else in a group of 4 peed on my wheels. Within that 5 minutes the 2 guys that needed help at the peak were miraculously fine and driving back down honking their horn. Just another spot in Knoxville ruined by trashy people. Literally an assault waiting to happen.
