Absolutely incredible hospitality from Nicholas, Nadia, and staff, who could not have done more to make us feel welcome and looked after. The location is tucked away in a little bay which makes it feel secluded and special. Great food, good perks like free snorkelling gear and canoe use (expensive elsewhere). They have a lot of very fluffy cats as a bonus!

Our stay at the property was generally pleasant, thanks to the friendly and attentive staff, as well as the beautiful surroundings and location. I'm not giving it a higher rating because during our stay we encountered two issues that I consider important and that should be addressed. Firstly, the quality of the mattress: it was made of a foam that made it quite deep, and the topper seemed rather worn, which meant our sleep wasn't as comfortable as we had hoped. Secondly, it would be advisable to review and reinforce the pest control measures in the cabins. We stayed three nights and ended up with numerous bites, which appeared to be flea bites, although we obviously can't be certain. We also found a few cockroaches in the room. These are issues that, in our opinion, can be resolved and don't detract from the excellent service we received or the charm of the place, but they did affect our experience, and we believe it's important to point them out so they can be reviewed.

We had a wonderful time at the Kapas Turtle Valley restaurant with our two children, aged 10 and 12. The food was truly excellent, with delicious and high-quality dishes. The servers were also very friendly, attentive, and welcoming. We were able to watch the turtles being released into the sea. A truly wonderful family experience! We highly recommend this place and will definitely return. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nicolas, the owner, isn't particularly welcoming, but he cooks excellent food. His competent team is very friendly. The comfort is basic and needs improvement for the price: fans on the terrace and decent toilets are the bare minimum. The place is very quiet but excessively hot because the resort is built into the rocky mountainside, which traps the heat and blocks the wind.
