Nice place to stay with family

This resort is absolutely beautiful, our villa was stunning, our butler was attentive, and the staff overall was exceptional. We had the privilege of enjoying a tour, fine dining, bar services, and breakfast with the hotel and the attention to detail and service provided throughout was wonderful. However, our room did not meet 5-star standards. The floors were dusty and there were dead bugs present, which is simply unacceptable. On the positive side, the team responded quickly to address the issue with the bugs, but unfortunately, they overlooked the floors, which is why I had to deduct a star. Additionally, the location is quite remote. It took us 3.5 hours with traffic to reach the resort from Ubud. The traffic in that area is extremely challenging, and it’s something that needs to be addressed if possible, because this resort truly deserves to be seen and experienced.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel looked after in every detail. Rose, our personal butler, made every effort to make our experience at the resort unforgettable. Every detail was personalized and seamlessly integrated into our experience. The cliffside setting is stunning, particularly for the seafront villas which offer complete privacy. The all-day breakfast service adds an extra touch of luxury and relaxation to the experience. An unforgettable stay in every way.

Arriving the Bvlgari resort bali with an expectation of 5-stars resort or even higher ranking across the world, I am disappointed with their supposingly of world class services. Perhaps was because of the Easter holiday, one of villas could only be ready slightly after 4pm which they were generously offered complimentary lunch, but still, we preferred to enjoy the Villa for relaxing after a long travelling with their lovely environment. The most surprisingly, the butler and room service were lack of communication that our requested were not being taken care - for instance, ice bucket was lost before chasing (because it wasn’t arrived after 30mins) and the pre-order breakfast was late for exactly 1 hour. Although they were super nice in offering complimentary birthday cakes for my wife, a fond of attentive services was more appreciated. Honestly, this level of service is really cannot compared to the same ranking of resorts like in Maldives, they really made you staying in paradise. Even with all those shared above, we have to highly respect to their cuisine. Executive Chef Stefano leads their team for offering incredibly amazing food, especially the Italian that we will be missed dearly. As a conclusion, the Bvlgari Bali resort is worth for a try staying but please don’t have high expectations of their services.
