Playa El Tesoro es una excelente caleta de aguas cristalinas, muy tranquilas y poco profundas, perfecta para nadar con calma o relajarse. Se ubica a solo 20 minutos al norte de La Paz, en la carretera hacia Pichilingue y Balandra, siendo una gran alternativa si buscas una playa pequeña, limpia y sin aglomeraciones.

🏖️ El Tesoro Beach The beach is pleasant, but there are several points I consider important before visiting. The cost of the palapa is $500 pesos, which seems quite high considering it doesn't include any food or drinks; everything you order is charged separately. Regarding the service, something we didn't like is that they don't clear or clean the table as you eat. Plates, glasses, and other items accumulate on the table, which becomes inconvenient and doesn't justify the price you're paying for the palapa and service. We also noticed some seaweed accumulating on the shore. Additionally, there's an outlet or drain that empties onto the beach area, and judging by its appearance, it seems to be related to rainwater runoff. I think this is a point worth considering and monitoring for potential environmental impacts. Overall, I found the prices high for the experience and level of service received. Paying $500 just for the palapa, plus all other expenses separately, creates an expectation of better service, cleanliness, and comfort. The beach has potential, but there are definitely aspects that could be improved so that the price truly reflects the experience. 🌊

El Tecolote Beach is excellent. The beach is beautiful, and the sea in this area is quite calm and shallow. I walked more than 100 meters out to sea, and the water still wasn't deep enough to cover me—ideal for relaxing and enjoying the beach. The clams were very fresh and delicious, and renting a palapa with a table and four chairs was $500. Overall, a highly recommended place to spend the day, eat something delicious, and enjoy the sea in peace. 🌊
