I like this place. The site is nice and level. Of course when we planned our trip here the weather was pleasant however the artic system that settled in the week of made it interesting. Snowing and 20 degrees with wind chill in the single digits. All the hydrants were frozen. The park ranger came to our rescue, rounded up some hose and we was able to fill my fresh water tank from the bath house. You can't ask for better than that.

This is a great location and a beautiful river. Please note since the Sept 2024 flood, anything and EVERYTHING was washed down our river. Please wear water shoes if you go in the river, there are no doubt many sharp objects scattered along the riverbed.
