Trail was better than expected. The gorge was awesome. Was disappointed with the forest service payment system. This is a pay site but by app only and about 30 min away from cell service. Dealt with it when we left on honor system but poorly thought out.

The cashbox at the parking lot trailhead is taped up and informs you that you need to buy a pass via recreation.gov, but there is no internet available so you should buy the pass ahead of time. The hike is great for families.
