A Slice of Tropical Paradise: Cinnamon Dhonveli Maldives

Genuinely some of the best service we have ever had. All the staff were exceptional, the staff Senanayaka and Monaj really made the trip. Massive shout out to our room cleaner as well. Please give him a massive thanks as the rooms were in amazing condition daily and he helped with anything we needed on a day to day!! Also thank him for saving my shoe that fell in the water at night and almost got eaten by the sharks haha. A moment I’ll never forget. Great place, crystal clear water with lots of fish. Got an upgrade to water villa for the entire stay even if we booked for one night. Every meal in the restaurant was good. Staff was was very helpful. Hood was very professional and helpful during our check in process. Made our anniversary very memorable.. Nothing to complain.. leaving was the hardest part😅

We recently had an amazing experience at Cinnamon Dhonveli, and we are already dreaming of our next visit. If I could give this place more stars, I would! From the moment we stepped onto the resort, we were completely captivated by how breathtaking the entire property is. The crystal-clear turquoise waters and beautifully landscaped surroundings truly make it feel like heaven on earth. We were greeted by staff with fresh flannels and juices. We were seated in their gorgeous reception before our suitcases were taken and put in our over-water bungalow. Our room was out of this world. It offered stunning views, modern amenities, and the perfect blend of comfort and luxury. Waking up to the sound of the ocean in such a beautifully designed space and was a highlight of our trip. We also got to see so many beautiful animals from our room including fish, stingrays, and sharks. What made the accommodation even more impressive was the flawless cleanliness and how well-maintained everything is across the entire resort, the island is picturesque. The housekeeping team is top-notch, ensuring every corner is spotless and pristine daily. We were always greeted with a friendly smile. The dining was another major highlight. The food is great, featuring an incredible variety of delicious options that catered to every craving, with fresh flavors and beautiful presentation at every meal.What truly sets this resort apart, however, is its people. The staff are incredibly lovely, always greeting us with warm smiles, anticipating our needs, and delivering exceptional hospitality that made us feel right at home. We would like to make a special mention to Sattar and the dining staff/chefs at the Dolcini restaurant. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and relaxing. We also booked several excursions that were thoroughly enjoyed—each one was exceptionally well-organized, exciting, and gave us the perfect taste of Maldivian adventure.If anyone is booking a trip here, I would thoroughly recommend the dolphin watching. Being able to experience their presence in their natural habitat is an experience I will never forget. Overall, we had a flawless vacation and would love to return to this paradise. Highly recommended to anyone looking for the ultimate Maldivian getaway! 🌴🌊🐚🩵

Everything was perfect: the welcome, the speedboat arrangements, the service, the staff's friendliness, the food, the bedding, the bathroom, the beach... A true paradise! And on top of that, we were upgraded—thank you for everything! As for snorkeling, we saw two large Southern Rays, about ten blacktip reef sharks, and a multitude of colorful fish. The coral, however, is badly burned.
