Tropical Paradise at Waldorf Astoria Maldives Ithaafushi

Shaam provided us with excellent service at the restaurant. He was very friendly, attentive, professional, and always made sure we had everything we needed. He explained the menu clearly, gave us great recommendations, and regularly checked that we were enjoying our food. His warm attitude and thoughtful service made our dinner even more special. Waldorf Astoria Maldives Ithaafushi totally exceeded all my expectations! The island boasts breathtaking scenery with crystal-clear turquoise waters and private overwater villas. Floor-to-ceiling windows, private plunge pools and glass floor panels create perfect photo spots everywhere. Lush greenery covers the whole island, paired with powdery soft white sand. Snorkeling and casual walks along the shore are incredibly relaxing. There is a great variety of delicious food for all meals, and the spa treatment was extremely soothing. The entire resort is spotlessly clean with top-tier facilities. I especially want to give special praise to a staff member named Shaam! He is humorous and full of energy, always greeting us warmly whenever we cross paths. He took great care of us during our stay, chatted with us actively and shared fun stories about the island. His thoughtful service made us feel no sense of distance at all, just like catching up with an old friend. His sincere and warm hospitality brought countless happy moments to our island getaway. All staff on the island are professional, attentive and quick to respond to every request. From check-in on the yacht to check-out, every moment of our vacation was relaxing and pleasant. This trip was incredibly romantic and unforgettable. I would absolutely choose Waldorf Astoria again if I come to Maldives next time!

We had a wonderful dining experience at The Ledge. The dishes recommended by Mexxi were excellent, and he went above and beyond to understand our preferences. We truly enjoyed everything. Thank you, Mexxi, for making our meal so special!

The signature cheeseburger here is absolutely amazing. The lobster roll and the beef sauce with pickles are also fantastic. Our server this time was a handsome and attentive guy from Mexxi. The restaurant's location is also fantastic; you can see the ocean from inside. Overall, I was very satisfied and give it a 10/10!

Must try Terra. The best restaurant in Maldives hands down.
