⭐ 1 STAR - ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL I have never experienced such unbelievable incompetence from a hotel or business. They refuse to give any type of refund and do not explain when booking that they will never give you your money back for your stay regardless. After not getting a call from the owner as offered, the hotel cancelled my room without my consent. I showed up because of not getting a refund expecting the room I had booked and was told I had NOTHING.. no room, no refund, no alternative accommodation, and absolutely no accountability. They took my money, cancelled my reservation, and then left me to deal with the consequences. Who runs a hotel this way in 2026?! This is beyond poor customer service , it is completely unacceptable business practice. DO NOT BOOK HERE. If they can cancel your reservation without your permission and leave you stranded, your money and travel plans clearly mean nothing to them.

Terrible place. Unclean. Misleading. Left within first hour and found a cleaner place to stay. Very disgusting. They will not refund. Beware!!!!

I stayed at South Beach Resort on 08/23/2026 and had an amazing time with my girlfriend. Our King Balcony Lakeside Room was very clean, well‑maintained, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The resort has great amenities, including swimming pools, a basketball court, and a beach volleyball area.This place is especially ideal for couples and large families. It’s quiet, peaceful, and the customer service is excellent — everyone we met was respectful, positive, and very helpful. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking to refresh their mind in a calm environment. Thank you to all the staff for your wonderful service. I will definitely return next year.
