We showed up an hour late from our scheduled ticket time, unaware of the time change from where we were staying. They had no issue getting us into the tours. Aaron was our tour guide for the drip stone tour, he was very informative, and entertaining. Katie was our tour guide for the crystal palace. She was very sweet and educational. She also told me “I was so pretty” while taking a photo of my husband and I. I hope she sees this and knows how much her comment meant to me. I am in my first trimester and have been going THROUGH it. Your staff were all wonderful. Thank you all!!
