Editorial Assessment

Third Bridge Camp offers an impressive wildlife viewing experience with its diverse range of species and proximity to the Okavango Delta, but as it is a man-made camp rather than a naturally occurring landmark, it doesn't rank as high in uniqueness compared to natural formations.

We stayed at one of the camping spots. Next time I’ll double our stay time. Beautiful campsite, ablutions very neat and tidy and Mak and his team were incredibly helpful. The boat trip was an unforgettable experience. Hyena and monkeys bothered a bit, but this was their area not ours. Well done to the owners and management team.

Unfortunately, I can't comment on the accommodation, as we never actually stayed there, since we were in Botswana during the rainy season. Several emails inquiring about road conditions and accessibility went unanswered. However, our cancellation (naturally without a refund) was responded to within 26 hours.

Warning: Hyenas sometimes roam around the camp in the evenings. They're not afraid of fire ;-) We went on a two-hour boat trip; it was great.
