The hostelry part is exceptional. The magnificent room/suite 207 with private terrace. Bathroom very good. Very tasteful furnishings. Perfect bedding. The hostel staff are friendly, serious and efficient. The restaurant staff is poorly trained. They tell you anything. For example, you are placed at a table in front of a fireplace. Well, the fireplace still needs to be lit. We announce 3 very tempting menus except that when you arrive at your table there are no more menus, everything is à la carte at prices worthy of tourist traps. To continue with the restaurant. It’s catastrophic! Very expensive for dishes more oriented towards “French cuisine”. I, the owner of this establishment, hasten to fire the head chef. What arrives on the plate does not correspond to what is indicated on the menu. And frankly, serving a puree like cold flaked mousseline, what's more, instead of mashed sweet potatoes is giving a damn! The Château Roslane vintage 2022 red wine is very average for a price of 650 dhiram (€65) per bottle in the restaurant, it’s crazy. The glass of 12.5 centiliters at 12 € is served at the economy 8 or 9 centiliters at most. A tour of the property with tasting for €45 is like taking visitors for pigeons. In short, go there to sleep there and enjoy the setting but above all, avoid the restaurant which pushes the establishment to the bottom of the ratings. What a waste. What a pity. It's a shame. The status of “Relais et châteaux” should be removed from them due to this restoration of mediocrity that I have never seen in this type of establishment…
