I love this place, lived here for about a year now. The staff is great and fix any issues right away. The pool is amazing and my fellow residents are great. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I would strongly recommend living here. I just moved to a new unit and again the staff went above and beyond to get us into the unit we wanted.

John is great ! He’s on top of it. He makes sure everything is taken care of. Best maintenance in town !

Maintenance here absolutely sucks. My “emergency” request hasn’t been taken care of after three days. Water has been leaking all over my floor and mold has began to grow. I find this unacceptable due to how much rent is here. We should have fast maintenance so we can avoid small issues turning into big issues (like mold).

I’m honestly not very happy with my experience here. The biggest issue is the noise. I can hear residents above me and on both sides, which makes it difficult to enjoy any peace and quiet. The pool also feels far too small for such a large community, especially when there are a lot of residents using it. On the positive side, the residents themselves have generally been nice and friendly. Another ongoing annoyance is the maintenance buggy. John frequently drives the loud buggy after hours, and the noise can be disruptive, especially when residents are trying to relax or sleep. I wouldn’t mind if it wasn’t past there work hours. But it’s constantly. Overall, there are some good people living here, but the noise, small pool, and my experiences with maintenance have made my overall experience disappointing.
