We were there for 4 nights, beautiful camp sites but a lot of dirt flying around with wind. Would have gave one more star if the rangers and employes would smile just à little bit. All of them were not super welcoming, not rude, but not welcoming at all. That was disapointing.

Lots of great hikes in the area, the bird hike nature walk along Sonoita Creek is particularly good. Camping sites are a little close together and there isn't a lot of shade from tye mesquite trees but the facilities are clean and well maintained. And there's a lake.

Great park, spaces are large, lake is nice, close to Nogales , and Sonoita . Lots of shade trees. They now have floating toilets around the lake. There is also a cool bridge that crosses over the marina area which is lit up at night. Boats and floaty toy welcome, water is usually perfect for swimming.
