Such a great experience for the whole family

On August 21, 2026 we went to Blue Hole in St. Ann - we were 8 people, 5 with ID, two 18-year-olds and one 11-year-old. All adults presented ID at the window. First they said card machine is down / no internet, but they were using hotspot for music. Then they said there is a fee to use the card. I said I will pay the fee. The cashier only charged us for 6 people even though I told her we were 8. I explained the other 2 are 18 and don't have ID, she said she would use her discretion and asked to see their faces. They came to the window, showed their faces, and went to change. When I realized she only gave us 6 bands I asked about the other 2. She then said "I never saw the other 2" even though she just did. Then she said she will charge $25 each because "they are not Jamaican." I never told her they were foreigners. When I asked what makes someone Jamaican she said "I know what Jamaican people look like and what foreigners look like." They were born and raised in Jamaica! After arguing she called her manager and refunded us JMD $`8,750 and told us we could not stay. We left humiliated. Worst part: I checked my bank statement - they charged me US $8,750, not JMD $8,750. Today is September 1st and I still have not received my US refund. This is theft. Unprofessional, discriminatory, and dishonest business practices. Stay away.
