Nice spot. Free to enter and free to park. They have regular bathrooms too. Nice little hike with canyons and waterfalls. I like this place better than Starved Rock.

10/10 would hike again! But it couldn’t be today, my legs are still haunted by all the stairs. The parking lot was basically full when I got there, but there’s so many spots along the trails to check out it didn’t feel crowded. The park seems well maintained, and the trails are clearly marked. Some trails have a lot of stairs or uneven ground to cross, so bring your balance. Or a friend to carry you 🫶🏻
