Many marked trails with off shoots to many cliffs for climbers. Seems like most cliffs have steel mounting points for carabiner attachment. Gorgeous views and creeks/streams all throughout. Truly a site to see! 😁

Great destination! Enjoyed the open trail and peaceful outdoor atmosphere.

The parking lot itself is fine and we’ll maintained. The road there requires a vehicle with a high clearance. My Subaru Outback was fine, just take it slow.

We went out to the parking lot from Miguel's right after a thunderstorm to do some climbing at Infirmary. Just be aware there isn't really anything below a 5.10 that's fully covered and climbable. We were in a 2wd dodge dart and this is a little guide of our experience getting there in hopes someone will find this useful. Coming from the north is longer and has one steep hill that we couldn't get up...we spun out coming back. We took the south way with the 2 creek crossing both ways and were able to get in and out. The creek crossings were really not bad at all maybe like 3-4inches of water max, but the hill after the first creek crossing on the way in is really steep so be cautious. We made it out but it definitely was a challenge and stressful and probably damaged the cars undercarriage...if its dry you'll probably be fine it was the rain that made the roads slippery. Climbing was great especially on a rainy day but you probably want a 4wd car that is raised up a little bit.
