My husband and I went on a 3 day getaway and stayed in a cabin built by the Civilian Conservation Corps in the 1930's. It was a rustic cabin but had modern amenities and a wood burning fireplace. The firewood was supplied for us. The small kitchen was nice to cook some meals in which came with pots and pans, dishes, silverware, cups. We also ate in the restaurant in the lodge and it was excellent. The views from the cabin were gorgeous. We had a great time and went on a few short hikes and decided that we would like to come back in the fall.
