Absolutely stunning caves. The plus package is well worth it, ziplining, abseilen, cycling through the jungle, it was a lot of fun. Excellent guides as well.

Very pleasant staff. Just not as taken care of as expected. Also went as a family and our child was very excited use the water slides but the resort would not let my wife have her phone even though it was in a waterproof pouch as it controls her insulin (type 1 diabetic). We were told we need a letter from her doctor. We provided an email and they still would not allow. Absolutely ridiculous. Also dishes from room service seemed to sit in the hallways most the day. A friend had gifted an excursion through the hotel and no one notified us until 2 days before leaving as we were booking a different excursion. The sales pitch for resort dollars also was quite pushy.

Wonderful experience. Impressive cave system, excellent explanation by our guide Mateo, and special to experience absolute silence and darkness. And a refreshing drink too!
