Beautiful island, service not so good. The only place where service wasn’t good was at Adventure cove. I was in line and some kids ran past my son and I and got in front of us. The employee asked who was here first when I asked her a question, and they lied and said they were. I then said they got in front of us and the parents of the kids were in back of us. So it doesn’t make sense that they would’ve been there first. I left and went to the beach. Did not get to enjoy the adventure cove thanks to that! Other than that service was good from other staff at other stands.

The water is beautiful and the place is nice. But don't buy anything there because if you take pictures with monkeys they have monkey experience, but they don't allow you to take your phone out and take pictures, they do not allow that. Instead, they take pictures and charge each picture 40 or 160 USD for all! That's a rip off! That feels like a scam. I already paid $40 per person to spend 10 mins total with monkeys and the whole purpose of those 10 minutes is to take pictures. There's no other experience you are having, no playing, not really learning much about them! So I paid $80 for myself and my son for a privilege to be later charged $160 for pictures. That's insane and incredibly unfair.

Awesome place. During the night you can enjoy the circus soleil performance called "Ritmos de la noche". You can enjoy it by buying tickets from Vallarta Adventures that give you a has a 5 start show during the tour on the boat.

It's a magical place. I went with my partner and we loved the experience. The ambiance was incredible, the dinner was amazing, and the show was unforgettable. I would definitely go back.
