The views from the parking lot are beautiful once you get up the winding narrow road. If you're doing the Amadehy trail I would call it strenuous, pretty much straight down and straight back up with no switchbacks. The waterfall is not very large and there were lots of mosquitoes near the water so we didn't linger even though we were tired! Not a fan of walking on the road to complete the trail either, probably would've enjoyed just exploring the logging exhibits and the Ranger's lookout more than the hike.

Great views and easy to get to. There was a waterfall trail 1.4 miles but terrain is very steep. Be prepared to take breaks and bring water
