Awesome place for a family outing! You can spend as little as 20 minutes taking photos or easily spend 3–4 hours exploring and marvelling at the falls. If you’re feeling adventurous, you can climb more than 400 steps up and/or down to experience the falls from different viewpoints, or take the cable car instead. The stairs are only open during the warm months, and if you plan to walk, I highly recommend wearing a raincoat and a good pair of sneakers—you may get wet! At the top, there are a couple of suspension bridges and pavilions where visitors gather to enjoy the views and take photos. At the bottom, there is a small café and washrooms, while the top has a larger dining venue. There are 2 parking points, one at the bottom of the falls and one at the top. Admission is $17 per adult for visitors who do not live in Quebec (ages 18+) and $8 for Quebec residents; while children enter for free. The cable car costs $15 per adult, half price for kids 5-17 round trip, and the zip line is $25 for kids and $33.50 adult. Parking is easy, with four EV charging spots, accessible parking, and plenty of space for tour buses. It can get very busy during the summer, so I recommend arriving early in the morning to beat both the crowds and the heat. Overall, a beautiful and worthwhile place to visit with family, friends, or even on your own!
