One for the most isolated and stunning river journeys in Australia. Rafting is the most pragmatic way down, as you need to carry all your supplies, once you're on it, there's no easy way off it other than to get down to the Gordon River one way or another.

I was fortunate enough to be able to paddle down this river back in 2018. Great rapids, awesome experience for a 7-day trip. Keep in mind, this will be exhausting, and you need to commit to completing the whole journey, since there's no way back once you pass Donaghys Hill. However, you'll be rewarded with a beautiful and spectacular view of the Tasmanian landscape.
