Went there for my birthday my grandson and I walked down to the water to fill his water shooter wasn't there for not even ten minutes yet and as we bent down I saw an adult snake whom more then likely seen us first Thank God he wasn't hurt as I continue to try and look for this adult snake out of curiosity well curiosity almost got me bit by a baby water snake it was around a foot long and it was the exact same color as a stick on the ground so I seen two snakes within five minutes. I have been going here for over twenty years second maybe third time ever seeing a snake hopefully the last love to swim, picnic, grill, camp, fish, playground and trails with the lake in the background beautiful place clean beach great family place for you to take your children
