Lots of beauty to see at the Umpqua River. Wildlife, foliage, aquatic scenery and more. Great for family outings during the day, fishing trips with friends, hiking adventures, rock hunting, photography, and more. Plenty of view points, camping spots, parks etc along this river with little towns to grab those last minute snacks and drinks or souvenirs, restock fishing/camping equipment, or to get more info about the area. Definitely check it out anytime of the year. There's always something new to see along the way
