Sunset Canyon has been my home for well over a decade. Office personnel have always been professional and courteous, keeping the community informed about everything from upcoming meet and greets to water main breaks. I have relatively few needs. I am easy on the wear and tear, but the few maintenance requests I have made were handled promptly and professionally. Parks and schools are close by and there is an HEB in literally every direction.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I don't usually leave reviews, but Christina Morales deserves one. My partner and I had already made the decision not to renew our lease at Sunset Canyon. We had applied elsewhere, paid the application fees, and were getting ready to move. Then Christina stepped in. She took the time to really listen to our concerns, answer every question we had, and help us explore options we didn't even know were available. At no point did we feel pressured—just genuinely cared about. Because of her kindness, patience, and outstanding communication, we ended up deciding to stay for a third year and move into a smaller, more affordable unit instead. In today's world, it's rare to find someone who truly cares about the people they work with, but Christina does. She's been amazing throughout our two years here, and she's a big reason why we're choosing to stay. Sunset Canyon is lucky to have her, and we couldn't be more grateful for everything she's done for us. Thank you so much Christina!!!

I have lived at this complex for a year and my lease is coming to an end. The staff and maintenance team is great! Emails and calls were always answered as well as maintenance request! The only thing they can improve on is quality of apartments and the gates. I signed here with hoping I had the security of a gate and for majority of my months here the gates never worked. There are some areas in my apartment where dry paint is dripping due to bad paint jobs and some mold above my shower. But it is an old apartment and you get what you pay for. CLAIM THEY SENT ME A CLEANING BILL UPON MOVE OUT, NEVER RECEIVED. I TALKED TO ALEK WHO ALSO COULD NOT PROVIDE PROOF BUT YET THEY SENT IT TO COLLECTIONS. DO NOT LEASE HERE EVER. THEY ARE SNEAKY AND WILL DO SHADY STUFF. THIS HAS BEEN AN ON GOING ISSUE FOR 2-3 YEARS NOW. WHERE THEY WONT WVEN GET BACK TO THE COLLECTION AGENCY THEY SENT THIS TOO.

My experience here was terrible. Water was shut off multiple times unexpectedly. One of those times we were out of water for 3 days. I had to fill buckets from the pool to flush my toilet and buy gallons of water to take a shower. Another time we had no hot water for 4 days. My neighbors smoked marijuana in their apartments and the smell would seep through the walls. We complained multiple times nothing was done except posting a notice on everyone’s door. We moved out 3 months before our lease was up and paid double rent just to get out of this nightmare. The new office and clubhouse is nice though. Still dealing with this horrible apartment complex. We moved out 3 years ago and just got hit with collections on $300 we were never notified we owed..
