Steep hike in places but easily walkable. We went on the loop. Did not climb peak.

Nice approximately 1 hour hike. Not very steep or difficult. Nice scenery in views.

Did Bishop Peak starting from Patricia drive the Monday before Christmas. It was sunny and definitely felt a bit warm and exposed towards the end of the climb. There's a bit of a flat section just before the mile mark, otherwise it's a continuous climb. Around 1200 feet in 1.9 miles each way. You get great views of the Madonna starting around the 1.2 mile mark. Took around 1h40m for the round trip. Easy to find parking on the street.
