Park headquarters upon entrance. Free parking. According to ranger, Izalco linkup starts at 7:00 a.m. with group until for free. M-F. San Marcelino is on weekend and link up at 7:45 a.m. Guides for costs may also be available. Izalco climb suppose to be easier. Coming back to validate these two climbs. Please comment if different. Views stunning from this location.

This is a very beautiful place with abundant vegetation and views of the Izalco volcano and Santa Ana hill, as well as viewpoints overlooking Lake Coatepeque and a variety of fruits such as jocotes de corona, zapotes, mamones, mamey, and others.
