Seaside Serenity at Saranda Embankment

A nice promenade, interesting during the day and charming at night.

Very nice, but in March, there is nobody here, so much is closed up. No boat trips, nobody swimming, cold water. Ksamil is all closed, too. Construction, road work, renovation going full blast. But the sea is gorgeous even in rain and cloud. The town is busted up, lots of stairs, but several places to sit, admire the bay. The beach is not very nice, rocks and stones, dusty and like mud. And it's very, maybe 10m wide and 50m long, very small. It's hard to imagine when crowds get here in summer. Most apartments are empty waiting for summer.
