Every stuff is not respectfully to us, the security guards of parking lot, and server of service area, we got racial discrimination from them, so bad place with messy management!!!!

The staff member, Nani W, displayed either a lack of competence or outright discriminatory behavior during our visit. My kids and I waited patiently behind a white customer, maintaining a distance of more than two feet, yet she repeatedly told us to step back, which felt unnecessary and unprofessional. When it was finally our turn, she seemed determined to find reasons to deny us service. Although we had completed the same purchase the day before without any issues, she claimed we couldn’t receive the supplies and forced us to move to another long line to “switch the ticket” first. This process added over an hour of waiting, and it felt entirely unfair—this problem was not caused by us, but by their system and the fact that two other resorts were closed. Why were we punished for this? Why couldn’t the issue be resolved internally instead of bouncing us around like a ball? It’s even more frustrating that the staff member we dealt with the previous day resolved everything smoothly, without creating unnecessary delays or problems. This experience was unacceptable and left us feeling mistreated and unwelcome.

This is where I learned how to snowboard (2017). Very challenging for a first timer like me, and I was able to complete the intermediate level.
