Super friendly staff. Jennifer and Jo were so kind and helped me as a thru hiker on the pct. Hiker box was awesome. Don’t go to the T Bar Cafe. 20oz soda was $6.50. Never have I ever spent that much on a Mountain Dew

Closes the lift on WEEKEND for maintenance with zero notice. Phone calls get automatically hung up when trying to contact. Why would you do maintenance on a weekend when you have the entire workweek when you're closed anyway to do it? Then to give absolutely zero notice to people that prepurchased a lift ticket is absurd to have them show up and be closed. I've been going to Stevens since college more than a decade ago. It has gotten worse and worse but final straw, they will never receive another dollar from me and the crew.
