The refuge is beautiful and no matter the season, there will be something special to see. HOWEVER, the drive through road has MULTIPLE potholes. At one point, I had to drive almost into the ravine in order to avoid a huge pothole thst would have damaged my car. I'm hoping the potholes will be repaired soon.
