It was disappointing. I have never seen so much plastic in a beach. It seemed it was brought by the current but the surrounding was neglected and the local sun bed owners were just picking the plastic in front of their area and burying under the sand :/ we didn’t even go in the water.

In my life I have already traveled to Malaysia, Thailand, the Maldives and Sumatra, but no beach was as unsightly as this one. The entrance, with the unconventional staircase dimensions, still has something of the Asian style, but the rest is just terrible. After you have mastered the stairs down, you walk through a small canyon that is completely littered with rubbish. Once you get to the sand, the entire beach is littered with rubbish and the water is still full of algae, making it almost impossible to swim. If you want to do yourself a favor, you should look for another beach, although almost every beach in Bali is littered and unsightly.
