Great free boardwalk to see birds and wildlife. It has the same view as the paid birding center boardwalk next door. There are also clean public toilets at the start, plenty of parking, and a nice Wyland mural to look at.

Parked, unloaded & assembled my motorized scooter only to encounter a sign stated they were not allowed as we approached the boardwalk. It went on to say except for handicap. Anyone who has to use a motorized scooter would consider themselves handicap or they wouldn't be using it! I took as only motorized wheelchairs so i didn't want to risk embarrassment if ask to leave. Its already embarrassing to have to use one. I was very disappointed.
