This pool has lower, middle and upper emerald pools with some minimal waterfalls (or water drainage) that makes a small puddle of water. I hiked to the lower pool only and was totally disappointed at the dirty puddle of water. No emerald color and no pool. Hike is beautiful and easy and it is cool and shady if you go in the afternoon. Total elevation gain is about 150 ft and its about 1 miles round trip.
