I usually go to Markham Park to walk around and to play on their 18-hole disc golf course. The cost is free on weekdays and 2 dollars per person on weekends. The park is well-maintained, has good nature views if you like strolling around, and many spots where you can picnic and barbecue. I know they have playgrounds, rv camping, dog park, shooting range, and mountain bike trail. If you want to host an event, there are corporate shelters. Lastly, I saw for myself the rc airplane fields, tennis courts, and volleyball courts, but NO basketball courts.

I like outdoor range shooting. I can use my shotgun with any loads I want. They are very rigid in their procedure which forces people to be safe. Most "people" need that. Friendly people, clean, nice place, heck I want to go again now! They have pistol/rifle/shotgun on one side. Skeet target shooting on the other. There is a law enforcement section in the back. They sell targets on site, ammo too when available.
