7 hours round trip hiking, depending on how long you stay at the falls. Trail was a bit confusing at first. Stay on main trail until it splits off and says “Hiking trail”. Not for beginners or young children in my mind. Pets welcome!!

Mainly commenting on the ATV part of this trail. We did not do the hiking side. Hiking would likely be an all day excursion. Access to the official trailhead requires a vehicle with off roading capability, otherwise you have to park down at the end of the road and hike quite a ways. We used an app that shows the trail on gps so we could make sure we were staying on route because there are lots of other atv trails that have been made up there and there are no markers to tell you the way. There’s a couple big mud pits and there’s lots of rocky ascents so just be prepared for that. But if you’re equipped with a good atv and have experience with those terrains it’s a great ride and the falls are amazing- totally worth it- we had a great time.

Great ride. Not for beginners. Camping on the lake great. Only draw back is gun fire never stops, ever.
